UNSUCCESSFUL LEADER

         Unwise leader,
Gets people's show-beating
         Sooner or later.

When a leader keeps his heart
         Filled with malice,
   He'll have the position in
         Garbage like flies.
            
     If the leader believes
         In hearsay always,
His leadership will, of course,
         Be meaningless.

              বিফল নেতা

    মুহাম্মদ আবদুল মান্নান ইয়াকুবী

     নেতা হলে অর্বাচীন
           অসৎ স্বার্থপর,
      পাদুকার মালা পায়
            ধরার উপর।

      হিংসার অনলে যদি
           জ্বলে নেতার বুক,
      অচীরে সে দেখে থাকে
             পতনের মুখ।

      শোনা কথায় কানভারী
             যদি করে নেতা,
        নেতৃত্বের জীবন তার
              পুরোটাই বৃথা।
