Being a blood suckling insect

            I fight for blood,

And for suckling it, I fly and

            Work so hard.

I never mind suckling blood

           From all the beasts,

But human blood is the best

            Of all the sweets

I like woman's blood more than

            The blood of man,

But the taste of child's blood

             Can't be forgotten.

Sometime before suckling blood,

             I sing to please man,

Yet they swat me and I tremble

              With fear then.

   If anyone offers me her or

             His blood kindly,

       I gift him malaria

                Cordially.

I fly at night like the aeroplane

        And hamper,

All the works of man here, there

        And everywhere.

When I want to suckle blood

          I fear death never,

       That is why, I remain

           Always conqueror.

Garbage is my birth place where,

           I live in too,

But man projects it by which

            My species grow.

Woman, at present, competes

     With man intellectually.

And proves the strength that her

      Lovely body has actually.

She has proved herself as an

     Spirited heroine today,

And in the struggle of life, she has

      Snatched the victory away.

Her conquest of the Himalayas is

       Cheered to the beat of drum,

And the people ofmodern world are

       Attracted with her charm.

She has won the land and now

           Her boat is plying on water.

Thus, she is prideful ever and

        The broken hearted never.

THE HYPOCRITE

   THE HYPOCRITE

Hypocrites are, now, on the rise

      Everywhere in Bangladesh,

And hold religion as their sole business

      In the guise of dervish.

They are the great lairs and experts in

          Cheating and blithering,

     And always refrain from Islamic

            Ideology and teaching.

These hypocrites are nominal Muslims

            But Satan  actually,

    They feign of Islamic leaders but

           Misguide the Muslim fully.

Some of them proudly claim that they

     Have friendship with the jinn leader

And thus, they are able to save anyone

       From any disease and danger.

Some others also proclaim that they have

        The knowledge of secret,

So,the general Muslims trust in them and

         Pay them due respect.

They state that they have two bodies-

         Visible and invisible,

And explain that their visible body

          Can not be seen by all.

They always tell these mythic words

           Openly to their followers,

And soon take sway their belongings

            Making them necessitous.

They are none but the agents of Satan

            And the worst hypocrites,

And such devils as they, keep an ill look

              At the people's pockets.

They say that they remain invisible

            When they perform their prayer,

  And go to the holy Kaba everyday

             to say five time prayers.

Daily five time prayers can't be allowed

             To perform invisibly,

    The holy Quran orders the faithful

              To say them visibly.

'Establish prayer' is mentioned

          In the Quran, the holy scripture,

    And the disobedient of it, must

           Go to the hell forever.

With the worship of grave, cheating

          And illegal source of earning,

These devils men remain busy from

           The morning to the evening.

They' re addicted to heroine and wine

       At  night thinking it as prayer,

And often rap their female disciples

           Alluring them with imposter.

The religion of Islam strictly forbids

           To vow down at feet,

But they disobey it and tell their

           Disciples to continue it.

They hold their hypocrite leadership

           By adopting means unfair,

And enjoy dancing and singing to pass

             The time in their chamber.

These hypocrites never contribute

              Anything to society,

And darken it with the superstitions

               Of the antiquity.

They say, tickets to visit paradise are

THE CHASTE TREE

THE CHASTE TREE

The deciduous chaste tree 

        Grows everywhere,

So, it's got In the country 

         Easily ever.

It is, with more branches, 

        Five metre high,

And its nice flowers and leaves

        Catch the eye.

Its leaves kill parasite, 

    Prevent cancer,

And allows the pulmonary 

    Edma ne'er.

Warming leaves, band the pain 

           Of broken bone,

And it will relieve the patient

           Very soon.

This bandage must be changed 

       Five time a day,

Nor, it will not act well,

      The doctors say.

     

It's the leaves that prevent 

                      Pain from staying,

And the patient gets a

                   Peaceful living.

          

Mash the leaf and warming it

         On the fire,

Peste on the tumer to get

          Cured quicker.

Cooking juice of its leaf

    In  mastered oil,

Use two drops in ear to kill

    Its pain well.

If adults eat quarter gram

       Powder of it.

Worms won't gather to their

       Anus to conflict.

The herbal decoction 

      Of this leaf is,

A god medicine that cures

      Gout disease.

But this decoction affects 

      For high pressure, 

And none should forget it 

      But remember.

If, from anyone's nose

    Blood-drops always fall.

Inhale from this wrung leaves

    To cure at all.

     

 When flies  in the kitchen

        Fly noisily, 

Keep some branches there

         To drive them fully.

       

This herbal tree is now

       In extinction,

For its safety, all should

       Pay attention.

YAKUB NAGAR, MY VILLAGE

                            .........

My villagr is, of course,

         The gift of the Almighty, 

And my mind is thrilled with joy 

         To see her green beauty.

Nature favours her with valuable

            Wealth always.

So, without anxiety, my villagers

             Pass their days.

Her alluvial land, water, air, hills

          Bushes and trees,

Give us as much foods as we need

          And make us so rich.

All the golden crops in her field,

        Our saint farmers grow,

And assist to make us free from

         Suffering and sorrow.

Different kinds of flowers, fruits

          Vegetables and corns,

She supplies  plentifully during

          All the seasons.

Our villagers are active, simple

        Honest and friendly,

And we have the share of our joys

         And sorrows equally.

Birds of different kinds, sizes, tunes

          nature and colours,

Fly in the sky and abide in trees 

         With fruits And flowers.

In my village, birds in their melodious

            Tunes sing,

And we enjoy them from the morning

           To the evening.

Here fireflies at night make 

       All the bushes starlit skies,

And to their excellent beauties

       None can close his eyes.

The country's nice railway runs 

             Through the middle of her

  And the Zhok, Zhok, sound of

             Running trains is sweet to hear.

A rich hill is to her east, a highway

               To the west,

And a beautiful lake by her north side

                Looks the best.

Foxes in groups make noisy cry

         In the field at night,

They mean, they will save the field and

         In need, they must fight.

               

With education, religion

          Arts and culture,

My village is exceptionally

           Charming forever.

Here flowers of different colours

          Bloom in the garden, 

And they charm us with their beauty

          Which is excellent.

The king of the vast sky by day 

       And his queen at night,

Make the green of my dear village

      Wonderfully bright.

The name of my beautiful village 

          Is Yakub Nagar,

I invite you to see her beauty  

         O dear visitor!

One eats to one's full while others

Die from hunger,

And one enjoys most while others

Always suffer.             

While one enjoys a lot of wealth

All alone,

Others toil but fail to change

Their ondition. 

Looting others' wealth, one has

Built the palace,

While others do not have a little

Sleeping place.

If this happens in the society

Somewhere,

The rich men, for this, will be

The great sinners.

The wealthy must take away 

The poor's trouble,

And they should not forget this

Holy law at all.

If they do not abide

By it perfectly,

They will burn in the hell

Continually.

CALL OF EID DAY

O, the children and the lad come quickly,

Today we'll visit our neighbours gladly.

We'll find uot those houses wjere Eid does'nt enter 

And we'll, of course, fill them with Eid pleasure. 

We'll find out the childs who have  no Eid dress,

And we'll give them new dress to make them fresh.

We'll search Orphans whose life is piteous.

And of course, promise to take their onus.

We'll swear to remove their griefs away, 

Otherwise we'll owe to this Eid today.
